A number of employees and clients from National Microfinance Company participated on Sunday and Monday (January 12-13, 2025) in a study organized by the Central Bank of Jordan in collaboration with Vedanvi. The study aimed to assess the readiness of the microfinance sector and its clients for digital transformation, with the goal of developing a framework to accelerate the delivery of digital financial services and enhance financial inclusion.

The study was conducted in several phases, including desk research, surveys, as well as in-person interviews and group meetings with clients and employees of microfinance institutions. This participation provided valuable insights and ideas, enriching the study and supporting its objectives.
